Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present without drifting into concerns about the past or future.

Join CWC's Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW in mindfulness practice to learn to quiet the mind and ease physical distress. These drop-in events will provide an opportunity to slow down in this fast-paced setting, and to experience balance and a sense of calm.
