During this breakout session, students will choose to attend one of three mini-workshops to attend from 1:00pm - 1:30pm. These sessions will repeat during Breakout Session 2.
  1. Got a Story to Tell? by Hayden Greene
Each of us has a stroy to tell and encapsulated in them are our identities. Come hear Hayden's story and learn how YOUR story tells the world all about who you really are.
  2. Making an Impact through Compassionate Leadership by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW
A mindfulness workshop to learn ways to strengthen physical and emotional resilience.
  3. Radical Acceptance by Marc Cutolo, LCSW
Our lives don't always go according to plan, which can lead to fear, worry, and uncertainty. This workshop will focus on how practicing radical acceptance can help us to feel better, manage our emotions, and promote change in our lives.
